My book this summer was Death on the Nile, by the British
writer Agatha Christie.
Linnet Ridgeway is a young, beautiful and rich English
lady, when her best friend, Jacqueline “Jackie” de Bellefort, asks her to give
her fiancé, Simon Doyle, work on her mansion she fall in love with him.
After that Linnet marries Simon and Jacqueline
promises to follow them in their honeymoon everywhere they go.
In Egypt the travel in a boat called the Karnak, where
are a lot more of passengers with their own problems. In the Karnak is also
traveling Hercule Poirot, the famous detective, so when Linnet appears death in
her room and Jacqueline has the best of the alibis, Poirot starts an
investigation and everyone is a suspect.
